"I had an excellent stay at the Twin Palms. I stayed during the week and checked out on a Friday. The vibe was a bit more calm during the week, and I noticed the place getting a bit more crowded on my last day. It was perfect for me, as everyone was friendly and the pool and common areas never felt overwhelmingly crowded. Staff was AWESOME and friendly. I made a bunch of friends I still stay in touch with today, and I look forward to coming back!"

The only complaint was that the pool in the Herman casita area was a trendy shallow pool. I think a large normal pool would be much nicer . Otherwise very well run lovely property. "

"This property needs a bit of a refresh. Seems a bit run down, all things considered. It was listed as a 5 star property. It’s more around what I would expect out of a 3/4 star motel. Our room was clean. Layout of the room was subpar. Just one chair for two people. The AC can barely keep up with the palm spring weather in March. There is what seemed to be some mold on the ceiling in the shower. My wife also saw a roach in the bathroom one night. The pool/jacuzzi are nice. The loungers outside...

"Great tiki bar…great pool area. Rooms are an epic fail. Saying it’s dated is like giving the rooms a pass. Dismal,chipped cement,exposed outlets. How much effort could it be to paint a cheerful color and different flooring? No outlet to plug in cell phone into. Cannot recommend based on the condition of the rooms."
