"Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by the hotel staff The hotel is absolutely beautiful! I was upgraded to a business class room and it was modern clean and delightful! The spa services were upscale and very relaxing! The buffet was enormous and delicious The restaurant staff were all accommodating and friendly the chefs greeted you personally and made delicious food suggestions Overall this is one of the best hotels I’ve had a pleasure of staying I would highly recommend this GEM "

"The hotel is very close to one of the entrances to Kaziranga NP and the staff will help u fix up the safari rides. Also its located on the highway, so taking the bus from Guwahati or back is typically easy. The best thing about the place was the friendliness of the staff. On the way back the bus I had booked did not stop at the hotel (although lots of other buses did). The staff waited in the sun with me till the bus I had booked even turned up and then when it did not stop they called another...
