"This was such a wonderful little place hidden right in the middle of a neighborhood! It’s exceptionally clean and quiet. Christopher was so friendly and pleasant and shared the history of the home with us. And the breakfast was incredible! Fresh, homemade and delicious. We would stay here again in a minute! "

"The staff was helpful but they seemed really unsupported by management. The hotel was totally slammed and the poor staff didnt have what they needed. At one point we didn’t have linens for the pullout bed and the front desk had no way of helping us aside from giving us a different room. The manager was either not on site or not available, and also unavailable by phone."

"When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. "Breakfast quality has definitely went down to where they seem to not care that the food provided doesn't even look edible. Running from kids could be heard all throughout the night. "

"The room was what i expected for the price i paid. One of the beds was uneven. The bathroom sink drained really slow. The breakfast was limited. It was ok if you just needed a place to crash for the night like I did."

"We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor. The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent. We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working."

"I last stayed here three years ago and thought it was great to come back and see all the new updates and I can’t complain! We forgot a toothbrush and the front desk gave us some, the breakfast is decent for a hotel, and valet is very convenient. This will be our go to hotel when visiting KC."

"Check in was quick and friendly. Pool area was clean and available. Rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was amazing! The kids loved the waffle maker and the eggs were delicious. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the area."

"This is more of a big motel 6 than any Vegas style casino. It is not worth the stay. It's old and it shows."

"Nothing like what the pictures show. Supposedly remodeled but was run down, filthy, no ice and vending was limited to items that looked like they had been there for quite some time. Man passed out on the steps making it difficult to get to second floor. Breakfast was a dry muffin and small bottle of imitation orange juice."
