"When you first get there, the property looks decent. However, the hallway had a terrible smell, and upon entering our room, the tile floors were sticky. We later noticed the bathroom was dirty and had mold and rust in the shower. The towels were dingy, looked like they had not been bleached ever. My family had three rooms reserved and my son’s room had an atrocious smell. He went to the front desk and reported it, they stated there was nothing they could do and he gave him some air freshener. "The room was what i expected for the price i paid. One of the beds was uneven. The bathroom sink drained really slow. The breakfast was limited. It was ok if you just needed a place to crash for the night like I did."

"We ended up getting a second room when we checked in. The ac in that room was not working very well. I forgot to report it though. The property is very nice."

"We liked everything except the fact that the elevator was inoperable for the first three days of our stay in the hotel. So we had to walk three stories up to our room on the third floor. The staff, cleanliness of our room and the intire hotel, breakfast and availability of parking were all excellent. We feel, that some type of compensation should be offered by your company for the inconvenience that we endured during the time the elevator was not working."

"I last stayed here three years ago and thought it was great to come back and see all the new updates and I can’t complain! We forgot a toothbrush and the front desk gave us some, the breakfast is decent for a hotel, and valet is very convenient. This will be our go to hotel when visiting KC."

"Check in was quick and friendly. Pool area was clean and available. Rooms were clean and neat. Breakfast was amazing! The kids loved the waffle maker and the eggs were delicious. Will definitely stay again next time we visit the area."

"This is more of a big motel 6 than any Vegas style casino. It is not worth the stay. It's old and it shows."

"The bathroom door drug on the floor and would only open about two feet. to get in and out and was very difficult to close completely. Our shower had mold under the caulking over several feet around the bottom of the shower. The carpet was sticky in some areas. The dresser drawers didn't all pull out. It was double price for a Saturday night versus Sunday night."
