"We love our room it’s big, clean and we have a private outdoor hot springs onsen. Our room is situated at the corner surrounded by a big garden with Sakura trees and a koi pond. The Japanese breakfast is a free service offered by the ryokan. It’s simple but filling. The ryokan is only 10 minutes walk from the Cherry Blossom festival and 20 minutes walk from Kawazu station. "

The private onsen was a luxury along with the beautiful robes we were given to wear and the toiletries on display. The dinner and breakfast were both exceptional and a culinary experience "

"地域の食材を活かした独創的でかつ美的な料理で大変満足でした。オートバイで伊豆ツーリングした後旅館に行きましたが、夕方降ってきた雨で若干濡れました。その時なんと旅館からバイク専用のカバーとヘルメット乾燥機を貸して頂き、翌日のツーリングは問題なく楽しむことができました。その節はありがとうございました。伊豆ツーリングの際は再度行きたいと思いますので宜しくお願いします。"

"The impression I had of the hotel staff was very good, but the response from the Japanese woman I spoke with on the phone before my stay was poor and rude. Despite the hotel not being inexpensive, we were shocked to find that my room had not been cleaned when we returned at night. We went to the front desk to request cleaning, then went out for dinner. When we came back, we found that only the bed had been made; the used cups and trash were left as they were, and, for some reason, the sash of the yukata had been placed on the floor. The drain in the bath was also poor, and after using it for a while, water began to accumulate. The staff who attended to me were good, so I don’t want to speak too badly, but for the price of the stay, the service was completely unworthy."
