"Staff were very helpful. Shuttle bus reservation made it easy to go to the airport. Breakfast was pleasant. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, at least 10-15 min by walking. I felt safe inside as it was a gated hotel."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst in Palawan. The complimentary breakfast was a nice added extra, and a free shuttle to and from the nearby airport which is only 15 minutes away. The staff were so helpful, courteous, friendly and polite. We shall return here one day soon with our four grown up children here, it was that good. 😊 It’s a ten star ⭐ from us. Exemplary hospitality here at Alvea hotel."

"Die Unterkunft liegt relativ weit ab vom Flughafen und kann nur per Taxi oder Auto erreicht werden, auch für Restaurants wird quasi zwingend eine Fahrmöglichkeit benötigt. Die Unterkunft selbst war recht sauber und durchschnittlich gut ausgestattet. Die Außendusche war schön. Der Pool war ebenfalls sehr schön. Ebenso die üppige grüne Bepflanzung auf dem Gelände. Ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wären Insektenschutzgitter am Fenster und eventuell den Türen. Leider war auch die Stromversorgung für...

"Hotel in need of refurb, only 1 of 2 lifts working. Breakfast was a joke, arrived 1 hr before end of service, very little food left, no butter for toast. When asked staff to refill was told all gone. Very aware of noise from adjacent club until at least 2am when I finally managed to sleep, probably went on later. Aircon struggled to cool room and also noisy. I'll be looking for a alternative next time which is a shame with location being convenient."

"We loved the jacuzzi. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. They booked us a ride going to a restaurant that we wanted to visit and gave us tip to get going. My husband left his phone in the room and they arranged everything just so it can be delivered to us safely before flying back to US. The room was spacious, too. It is worth it."

"The place and the room is under renovation. No tv, no bedside tables, no sofa and table, no heater, no holders in the bathroom, no mirror. The door make sounds when opening and closing, no water heaters, no cups or glass, no soap just shampoo sachet, no place to sit outside. The rooms size is not what it was in the site. It is smaller. "
