"Excellent location ; near shopping and airport. Big rooms and bathrooms and comfortable beds with fresh, clean sheets. Helpful staff; excellent breakfast choices; love the fresh juices; omelets, waffles and pancakes freshly cooked. Pool is well maintained with inflatable pool floats for kids. There is also a small play room next to the restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay."

"The staff were very nice and helpful. So close to the airport (free shuttle) and Baywalk- very walkable or 20P per person on a trike. The deluxe room is VERY small but clean nd comfortable bed. There wasn't soap or shampoo in the dispensers- but we didn't ask as we had our own. Dental kits were provided. Breakfast was ample, plated and served. Beef steak, longonesa, eggs cooked to order,toast/coffee. Canned juice available for purchase. Kind of an odd street side presence- but we'd probably...

"Althpugh we only stayed for 1 night the staff were very helpful, the property was clean and well decked out. There was a nice pool which we didnt use due to timings, but agreed if we were to go back to puerto princessa we qpuld stay there for l9nger."

"Spectacular cleanliness and staffs were amazing, breakfast were delicious kudos to Ate Fely. Areas for improvements: lobby was too hot and no ventilation, washroom was leaking when taking shower, TV reception was blurry, no soap dish in sink. Weather is too humid this summer, I suggest if possible guests access for water dispencer and ice cubes at the lobby."

"All was good, but the room itself was extremely small. A couple would have extreme difficulty navigating with 2 large suitcases."

"The area and facility is ok, the location is hidden and uneven pave to get there. But it’s close enough to convenient stores. The facility is clean and quiet."

"The place was very clean and organized and the staff were very helpful. The receptionist help us outside to get a tricycle for our ride to city centre which we could have done it ourselves but they go up and beyond to help us. We wanted to stay longer but our time was so slim. We will comeback to this hotel again. Highly recommended "

"The place and the room is under renovation. No tv, no bedside tables, no sofa and table, no heater, no holders in the bathroom, no mirror. The door make sounds when opening and closing, no water heaters, no cups or glass, no soap just shampoo sachet, no place to sit outside. The rooms size is not what it was in the site. It is smaller. "
