Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. "Rooms were very small and basic, not at all what was represented or expected of a luxury resort. When we spoke to staff about upgrade, they said this was “standard” for Ibiza. There were also no umbrellas or chairs for guests on the actual beach. The only reason for more than 1 star was the breakfast, which was consistently above average and had excellent service."
