"From arrival to departure all of the hotel staff were amazing. The room was absolutely stunning. The breakfast menu was comprehensive and depending what you have was freshly cooked. The transport provided to take you down to the town or pick you back up was easy to arrange.and always prompt. There is nothing to fault this hotel and besides the historical architecture the thing that made this holiday great was the staff."

"The property was beautiful as were the common areas , rooftop bar, dining area and the individual rooms. Downside the balconies were not real balconies, which was a bummer because that was unexpected. The only other negative is that we did not have hot water for the first three showers that we took despite making multiple complaints. We were told that it was a common problem. It did eventually get fixed. As a very nice gesture, we were gifted with a bottle of cava and a charcuterie tray,...

"Honestly one of the best hotels i have stayed in, the room was clean and spacious and the view of the sea was incredible, the breakfast buffet was delicious with many options to choose from, the staff were always present, polite and helpful. the only thing is that the spa was not included, and i was never told this. but would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone"

"Fantastic spot. The rooms are nice and luxurious while still being priced well. The property is also very well maintained and run by some of the best staff I've had the pleasure of coming across. The location itself is a quick walk to both the strip of your main shopping stores, and the wharf/bars. Old Town is also a brief 10 minute walk away, so this location is very convenient. Definitely consider this hotel if you're looking for a good, easy stay in Ibiza."

"Tidy room large very comfortable single beds no bath just a good shower . Ground floor room very close to reception so very noisy . Great location right on beach front , buffet breakfast was 14E pp but was excellent with decent selection hot and cold food breads meats cereals etc Breakfast staff were very good , reception staff did the job but without warmth."
