"First of all, the reception staff was nice but they explained absolutely nothing about the services and opening hours of the hotel. When we got to the room, the previous guest’s rubbish was still there, they didn’t change it, and the bathroom door was broken, we called reception for maintenance to fix but no one ever came, The breakfast was very good and Mr.Li was very nice.
