"The property was very dirty. There was a leak in the bathroom and no hot water. There was no soap in the bathroom. The floors, the toilet, and the shower were messy. Also, the elevator wasn’t working so we had to take the stairs just to the second floor but it is a tall building not sure if it has ..."
