"The property is well located to the main Central points of view, the building it self is well maintained but could be better, as we have strained in around floor am 209 and during the shower time the wanter was leaking between the doors... Breakfast was average.Reception women staff was really helpful and caring ,always asking about the breakfast time wanted and if required a snak box for when going to the trips, also helpful with the taxi service to the airport and the required payment needed....

El hotel nos gustó mucho: es bonito, cómodo, limpio y tiene una excelente ubicación para moverse por el centro de Cusco y estar cerca de la Plaza de Armas. El principal punto negativo no fue el hotel en sí, sino la zona inmediata. Está ubicado en la calle Procuradores, una calle con muchos bares y discotecas. Por la noche hubo bastante ruido, incluso entre semana, con música que se prolongaba hasta la madrugada —en algunos casos...
