Lovely spacious family room. Complimentary breakfast options excellent with lovely serving staff member. Reception not as friendly but are professional and they checked to see if room available for early check in was much appreciated especially after completing Inca Trail hiking camping tour. Note that payment of accommodation, and organisation of taxi or transportation to airport all charged on US dollars. Available community seating lounge space was a bonus with option to sit outside room with facility to boil water for tea.

Great location that is walkable to many sites of interest, tons of restaurants, and markets. Walk to the bus terminal and see beautiful murals as well as historic cathedrals. Directly beside the only Starbucks we saw on our trip! Lovely staff, very accommodating. Great breakfast in the morning. Great price for the location.

Probably the best location, can’t be any better, literally at the Plaza de Armas Room had no table and bathroom window facing the hallway. Breakfast was pretty good, nice atmosphere and views of the church

This is a great hotel. Located 20 ft from the plaza de armas. My room was clean and spacious. Service was great with friendly people and ready to help. Breakfast was great with even costume orders without charge.

Right in the middle of Cusco main square with Starbucks next to it Rooms were small but u don’t intend to spend much time in the rooms anyways . If u want to stay in the middle of everything then would definetly recommend . Good breakfast . Front staff, Ervin checked us in on the 20th of May and prepared our room 3 hours before check in time. Very nice and curtious of him .
