"We had an amazing stay at The Valle by Kondody in Munnar. From the very beginning, we were met with a warm and lovely welcome, and throughout our stay the staff were super helpful and kind. A special thanks to Divya, who greeted us and was our main contact – she made our stay extra memorable. Our room was spacious, with a big balcony and a stunning view over the surrounding hills. "This is a great hotel with excellent staff. The cottages were excellent, spacious, well spread out and located in a beautifully manicured gardens amidst dense forest. "The front desk staff was good, the breakfast was excellent and tasty. Two issued I had was there was another group that was playing loud music near us and it was bothering us as we were trying to put the kids to sleep. We also had a issues where the staff was suppose to deliver a case of water we brought and they delivered it to the wrong room. They replaced it with a case but just two small issues. Overall good experience and would stay again if going through the area. "
