"The communication prior to our stay was excellent. Staff were quick to respond to questions and concerns which made the stay much easier. There was some confusion with the check in instructions, but the staff were quick to help us and reset codes. A housekeeper inside the building was very helpful with getting into the flat.
The only thing we were confused with was the oven use, there were no instructions, and any departure instructions."

"Great room!
Lots of space and a good half-kitchen which made it easy to prepare a meal from the BONUS grocery store on the main drag. Parking wasn't an issue.
One thing- read the emails before check-in, it might save you from the confusion of getting to the unattended hotel with no way to get inside. My confusion was easily cleared up when I actually opened the email- no problem.
Bring warm clothes- Iceland is awesome!"

"It is right above a bar that plays live music every night. It didn’t bother us too much but it can get quite loud at night.
Room itself was good for a family of 4, but in general needs a little updating/tlc."

"Grocery store right below is very convenient for a longer stay. Parking was paid during the day but we were able to use right in front of the grocery store. The keypad to unlock was little challenging at times as it could not recognize the key press. Very close and driveavie distance to tue City center. Highly recommend."

"This hotel/apartment was in a great location, the one bedroom unit worked perfectly for our family of 4. The couch bed was very comfortable, more comfortable than queen bed in the bedroom. The bathroom was clean and comfortable. The location cannot be beat. We walked everywhere on the days we stayed in Reyk. Parking was fine if you know where to go and how to pay each day. Only suggestion is to add a small cart or somewhere to put toiletries in the bathroom as there was no countertop or vanity....
