Hotels near IFC Mall

"Rooms were clean, food and shops nearby are convenient, staff were helpful. However, at your website, you stated the property will be staff only from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm which makes confusion as I arrived early and were trying to leave my luggage there while I just go for my meeting but were not able to. Would suggest making it clear on your site on your staffing timing. Also, when I sent 2 emails on 2 separate time enquiring about the above issue before my flight, I did not get a response from your email which is disappointing. If I am given the reply to my enquiry, I would not have to go around with my luggage to do my work. Overall, I am satisfied but things can be better. Thanks."

"I had a very good stay at ibis Hong Kong Central The hotel is in a fantastic location, with easy access to Sheung Wan, Central, the ferry terminal, and public transportation, which made getting around Hong Kong very convenient. The room was compact but clean and comfortable, and the harbor view was a great bonus. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. "Wonderful breakfast to start the day and the hotel is central to whatever you would like to do. Buses out the front and train a few blocks away. It is within walking distance of the temple street night markets. There is a great food court downstairs where the meals are cooked fresh to order and where you can have a beer or wine. The staff were courteous and obliging. A great clean hotel to stay in when you are visiting Hong Kong. Linda & John Australia"
