"This is truly a 5 star hotel, the property is super nice and the service is amazing. We were debating to stay in South Lake Tahoe but chose this hotel instead and that was absolutely the best decision. "

"The front desk clerk, Courtney, greeted me, was very friendly, attentive, and overall great to work with. The room was very spacious allowing for my husband's electric wheelchair (we did book the mobility room) and was very clean. The kitchenette area was great & included a full size fridge with freezer that had an ice maker. We had our service dog with us and the area around the hotel was great to walk her, was well lit,& I felt very safe at night. We will stay here again"
