"We had a good stay. The property is not quite up to date. Lack of electrical outlets and plug in’s next to the bed for usb. A little old fashioned but still very clean and a good stay. About a 20 minute walk to moto Hakone where there is more activity. All outside restaurants and shops close at 5 pm"

"We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. "

"Staff was amazing and so helpful. Our room was clean and the meals were excellent. The location is also excellent - perfect for boarding the pirate sightseeing cruise and the bus stop is across the street. Quiet and lovely!"
