Hotel Dekat Hutan Simpanan Gensei no Mori

"A friendly, beautiful"

"This was my best hotel experience ever. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were gorgeous and spacious. The staff were all so helpful and accommodating. The amenities were very abundant, as well."

"It was our first time staying at a hotel with a private hot spring bath in our room. We decided to splurge a little since we were celebrating our 30th anniversary during our trip to Japan. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous, with a wonderful floral fragrance throughout the property.

"Beautiful property, great view, very nice and helpful staff, good price as well."

"Great place! Great Onsen and staff is very nice!"

It’s about a hike uphill of 15-20mins from the nearest bus stop and it’s quite difficult to get an uber/taxi from nearby stations. As well compared to other resorts, their shuttle service is not a reliable means of transportation. The staff are amazing but unfortunately, you can tell they’re stretched a bit thin. I got there about 2 hrs early and there was no one at reception. I had to drop my backpack there...

"A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. I would definitely come stay here again!"

"The hotel was so amazing. The view is magnificent. The location is really good. The only thing that i could say that is a bit disappointing is there are stains in the sofa in the living room. Other than that everything is perfect."

"The hot springs was excellent and the room we had in the annex was large and well equipped. Highly recommended."
