"This was my first time staying at this hotel. When I arrived the gentleman at the front desk said the key controls the lights. I looked at him puzzled like what are you talking about and he said you gotta put your key in in order to turn on the light. That was not clear direction. I said I don’t know what you mean and he said - well. You gotta put it in the holder so when I got to the room, I finally understood, but it was not clear direction and he seemed annoyed. "The room was dirty, the air conditioner was very loud really hard to sleep. And the staff never leaned my room we had to keep requesting to get clean towels. I will never stay there again"
