"Everything was perfect "

"This property looked nothing like the pictures! It looked like a crack house or a motel. Everything was run down. They have smoking and non smoking rooms and even the non smoking room had a weird smell or musty moldy smell. The pool wasn’t filled and Expedia said we could use all the other amenities…. What amenities! This place is trash! Will never stay here again! Tempted to not book with Expedia again. The Expedia service was terrible the hotel rep was nice and it’s not her fault the pool...

I looked at him puzzled like what are you talking about and he said you gotta put your key in in order to turn on the light. That was not clear direction. "I booked this hotel based on the value and reviews. However, I was not pleased with my stay at all. 1. Shower barely had luke warm water 2. My bed was extremely hard while the second bed was soft 3. My bed slid across the floor every time I got in or out, while the other bed was fine 4. The floor was super un even with dips and Bumps 5. The tv wasn’t connected to the internet. I tried for an hour and gave up 6. They told me to text them if I had any issues or needed anything, which I did....
