"We enjoyed the location of this motel, then we walked in to our room and were pleasantly wowed by the decor and size of the king room! It was affordable, yet we felt like we were staying in an upper class motel. Breakfast was minimal but it was Labor Day and the office was closed, so understandable and we were told ahead of time to grab out breakfast choices. We appreciated the insight about food and visiting the beaches while talking to the clerk, a very friendly and personable fellow. Thanks...

"Older hotel right on 101 in Florence. Had a room in the back and could hear the couple next door. Luckily they were quiet (except the baby cried a few times). They allow dogs for a $20 fee each night. The door lock wouldn't open using the code but the owner gave us a key. He made breakfast for guests in the morning and there was coffee (no cream just milk) and a waffle maker. The hotel has supposedly been upgraded but I couldn't tell if anything was newer than 30-50 years. Not a great place but...

"There was absolutely nothing good about this property its not a hotel it’ more like a trap house with dumping rights place was a dive left after 3 hours called and called got no answers requested a refund and they never even answered there phone, after multiple attempts! They’re are much nicer places to stay in Florence at more affordable prices"

"Staff were pleasant and helpful. For its age and hotel style this was a neat find. Quiet though there are early fishing departures. The location was perfect. Easily walkable to food, bars, shopping, the marina (both close up and on the other side though a significant walk for most). Would stay there again!"
