"We didn’t have a balcony. The large view window is badly damaged. The seal is broken and you can’t see the ocean view. It looks like the two side windows were replaced but the main one wasn’t. We didn’t use the hot tub."

"No AC, has a heater. We slept with the balcony door open all night and the room got chilly but we enjoyed it a lot. Nice view of the ocean and theres a path to walk along the ocean. Very nice affordable stay amd Yachats has a lot of really cute shops and restaurants to enjoy yourself at."
