"Staff was very friendly at check-in/out. Room was upgraded to suite (unexpectedly) and was very nice. Property was clean and very quiet. It was a nice surprise. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. Very easy to locate downtown are that was very active and with great options for meals."

"This place is a gem. The inside of our cabin was like new. Full kitchen with new appliances. Two small vanities, nice shower. Bed is comfy, door in bedroom opens onto the deck. Nice BBQ & table/chairs. Wrap around deck with several other chairs. Plenty of space inside. Living room & bedroom have large flatscreens. Electric fireplace in both rooms. So clean & comfy. Grounds are pretty, nice bridge that goes across stream. Only 3 miles from Alpine Rocky Mtn park entrance. Max the manager is very nice. Hope to get back next year. "

"This is a traditional old school motel. That said, what isn’t traditional is it is immaculately clean, and smells fresh. I love to park right out my door. Easy for luggage, very convenient. The service at the desk is prompt, kind. and helpful. "

I did not meet a single person here that was such an amzing person and they were busy. It was such a good experience I cannot wait to come back and give them more of my money cause ever single cent was worth it by the customer service we recieved. 100 out of 10 stars...i Highly, HIGHLY, recommend this place if you are going to stay in Grand Lake"

"We enjoyed our stay at Nicky’s Resort in Cabin 2! We had an issue with the coffee maker that was resolved quickly. It was still a little dark at night going up the steps but lighting was available and on. A restaurant “Wapiti Colorado Pub” is in front of the resort and was a great option for one of our dinners. It is a short drive to Estes Park stores and restaurants. We loved “Bob and Tony’s Pizza” that had a gluten free option, and the “Mountain Home Cafe.” We shopped at Safeway for groceries and got gas there as well. "

"Very quaint property. My room is facing a stream and it’s nice to hear the water flowing over the rocks. Nice check in with a chilled bottle of champagne and candles. Very sweet after my son and I travelled from afar. Great staff gave us electric bikes and we rode around Lake Estes yesterday. So fun. "
