"The staff was quite friendly, respectful and super kind. They were very attentive. Now, tge con was that the shuttle to Rama was not functional, so if you're planning to stay there and party at Rama, call ahead. "

"Matt at the front desk answered all of our questions and was always available to point you to the hot coffee and tea or ice water that was available all the time. The room was super comfortable. The free breakfast was amazing and provided many healthy options and a few treats as well.
My family and I would highly recommend the Fairfield Inn in Orillia. "

"Nothing 5 star or spectacular about this hotel. It’s a place to sleep. Simply put. Toilet was terrible and dirty and shower was very dated and didn’t run properly without making crazy sounds. "
