"We loved this hotel. It is just a 20 minute walk, and five minutes on transit from the main touristy district. We prefer not to be right in the center of the tourist district, because the restaurants are all a rip off, and it is noisy. The Up Hotel has lots of little shops and cafes around it that locals use. "Beautiful hotel with wonderful interiors. Lovely room and very comfortable bed with all that you may need. Very polite and helpful staff. Great breakfast with many fresh cooked options. Only negative was the loud DJ music in the bar in the evening which stopped me using it. Overall a fantastic place. Keep up the good work."

"The hotel is in a good location for transit- close to Octagon. Lots of good restaurants in the area. Rooms are very nice with modern amenities- great shower. The only thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the less than enthusiastic front desk and breakfast staff. They were fine- but not welcoming or enthusiastic to make your stay special. Overall a really good hotel at a moderate price point. Would recommend for sure."
