"Loved our overnight stay. This was a lovely tough of luxury from the hot tub and swimming pool to the complimentary mini bar. Would have liked to stay longer."

"Would never stay at this hotel again, we booked a windowless room however this was 2 floors below ground. The lifts weren’t working , the stairwell was dirty , the corridors didn’t have carpet or they were extremely worn, trying to find your room and way out was ridiculous it was like a rabbit warren with very poor signage . I was told that the rooms had previously been used for asylum seekers and this was obvious given the condition of the facility"

"The staff were incredibly professional and helpful. I couldn't fault any one of them but I would mention abby particularly. The service was impeccable and the food was very food. Breakfast was so good and there was a lot of choice. We had a pool room which was perfectly positioned next to the pool which was clean with loungers and seating. I would highly recommend a visit here and we will certainly visit again."

"The apartment is in a good location close to the South Shore and a 15min walk from the train station / town centre. The apartment was clean, spacious and equipped with everything we needed. If you are a light sleeper take earplugs due to the noise from the seagulls. The swimming pool and gym facilities were not available and I only received an email to officially communicate this one day after arriving."

"Great location, great parking, great spa steam room, jacuzzi and sauna. No aircon, tatty hotel and rooms, it needs money spending on this hotel. Breakfast is buffet style and not the best. Good staff"
