"This is an excellent stay, very clean, the bed was very comfortable and very good location, a lot of restaurants and shopping, close to many attractions. The staff is very friendly and profesional, they were very attentive to my needs and the breakfast was excellent with a great view. I will consider it for my next visit to Mexico City."

"Everything was great, the only thing I would comment on the hotel making better was including conditioner in the shower. They only offer shower gel and shampoo. Upon check in I asked about the pool schedule and was told it was open from 6am-10pm but was not told Sunday it closed early at 8pm, we found out after trying to go and finding it closed. Otherwise, its is clean, quiet and the location is great."

"A heritage hotel that was beautiful. We stayed in the king suite with balcony. Extra large room with spacious bathroom. A very nice modern suite in the historical centre. Easy walk to tourist spots in the centre. Very helpful and pleasant staff."

"Everyone was extremely friendly and always there to help. It is in a very safe and walkable neighborhood- I traveled alone and felt safe the whole time. Loved the rooftop pool and the availability of drinks.
The only thing I would complain about is that the iron didn’t work and the AC fan is loud but nothing that would stop me from coming back !!!"

"The reason I am giving 3 stars only is due to the fact that the air conditioner in my room was not working. I came to this hotel after a long flight to rest and I couldn't rest, the room was extremely hot. I opened the window but it didn't help at all. Housekeeping told me they gave me the "hottest" room. It was unbelievable. My stayed was short, the experience was not good.
The room was clean, we'll kept. I loved the airport transfers. It was extremely helpful.
The lack of air conditioner was a disappointment."
