I absolutely loved staying at this place! It was away from the tourist crowds but still walkable to all the tourist sites. If you uber its even closer. I loved the breakfast daily, and the staff was very helpful and kept everything clean. You have a private room and a shared bathroom. It worked out great for us because we really only slept/relaxed there. I would highly recommend.

A converted factory hall with many small rooms. Nicely done and friendly staff but unfortunately the air supply to the rooms was not considered during construction. There is no ventilation in the rooms. Few rooms have windows, but these open out into the hall. Not for fresh air fanatics like me.

The attention was excellent. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was homemade. We stayed in one of the apartment suites. 3 Br 2 Ba. Very cozy and clean. It is an older building but very well kept. The ONLY negative is the hot water for showers is not constant. Besides that everything was great. For large groups I would DEFINITELY recommend this hotel for your stay. Will be our goto in CDMX.

The apartment was great three bedrooms. There was no hot water the last two days of our stay, also no tvs in bedrooms. The location was a not great, you definitely stand out as a tourist. It’s not and located more of a residential, lower class neighborhood

My family and I recently stayed at your apartment. At first, everything appeared perfect the place was clean, well organized, and full of natural light. However, during our first night, my husband woke up in the middle of the night with multiple bite marks on his back and front, which were very itchy. After inspecting the bed, we discovered two bedbugs that we killed; both had visible blood, confirming an infestation. This was extremely upsetting and disruptive, especially after a long flight and with young children to care for. My husband had to move to the living room sofa, which was quite uncomfortable. I immediately checked the other two bedrooms where our children were sleeping and, thankfully, did not find any signs of bedbugs there. The next morning, before we left the apartment, I reported the incident to the staff member on duty. One of the staff members overheard my complain and stated “it’s always one room that has this issue” I was shocked and intended not to put too much mind to it. She informed me that she and her colleague would inspect the apartment and spray the affected area while arranging for an exterminator to properly treat the problem.
