We brought this to the hotel’s attention, but no refund or compensation was offered. There was also very limited seating by the pool, the hallways had a strong odor, and the location did not feel safe. Due to these concerns, we chose not to stay and left the property. We contacted Expedia when we got back to our room, they said contact the property. Expedia also tried to contact the Motel several times, and no one answered the phone after several attempts. The price was a bit high but Saturday in Milford, it’s not herd to understand. The room was very clean and the property is well kept. The owners take pride in their motel. Glad I stayed."

"The lady at the front desk was great! The was not that great. It smelled like cat pee and regular pee. The hall had a musty odor. You can tell it is an older hotel. The free breakfast less then what you usually get so we did not really eat there. I know that a lot of places offer the free breakfast and it is free. "The property manager, Jackie, was great. She went beyond expectations to assure us late arrival. We found the room and property a very good value to sleep and shower after a local music festival. It's your old fashion strip motel, with convenient parking right in front of your room. Our room had been recently renovated and provided everything we needed. Would stay there again.
