During my stay at Vả Riverside Retreat, I truly felt like I had escaped into a peaceful little world of its own. Nestled by the river, the retreat feels so close to nature – waking up to the sound of birds and spending quiet moments on the riverside swing became my favorite part of each day. The view here is simply magical, especially at sunset when the sky reflects on the water.
What I loved most was how convenient the location was. While it feels hidden away from the city’s noise, it’s actually just a short ride to some amazing places – Điện Hòn Chén, the beautiful Tự Đức Tomb, the traditional incense-making village, and the serene Từ Hiếu Pagoda.
The retreat itself is beautifully designed – simple, tasteful architecture with little touches that make it feel warm and welcoming. The parking is spacious, which is a relief if you’re driving, and the staff went out of their way to make me feel at home. Friendly smiles, helpful tips about where to go, and genuine hospitality really made a difference.
If you’re looking for a quiet, scenic, and convenient place to stay in Hue, Vả Riverside Retreat is absolutely worth it.
