The staff were super friendly and helpful. Our villa was perfect especially as it had it's own pool which was convenient as we stayed during summer and it was very hot outside. We enjoyed dining in the restaurant and tapas in the bar. The food and cocktails were amazing. The complementary drink and massage was a nice extra. I definitely would love to stay here again.

It was a very nice hotel. Although it’s a bit far from the center of Hue, getting around was no problem with GRAB. The property is full of greenery, making it a pleasant place to stay. I swam in the pool every day and enjoyed the complimentary massage included in the room rate, spending a relaxing three nights there. The staff were very kind, greeting us with “Xin chào!” in Vietnamese and offering helpful sightseeing advice. I would love to visit again.

One of the nicest properties stayed in Vietnam. The main pool is absolutely gorgeous. Incredible onsite spa. Rooms were very spacious and luckily we were upgraded. The guest services staff also went above and beyond to sort us out (and created a WhatsApp group). They ensured our reservations were managed, gave us a room upgrade and let us use the villa pool area when the main pool got too loud. Would love to come back and relax in Hue here. Thank you for such a memorable time.

Beautiful hotel with a lot of space and comfortable rooms. The atmosphere of the hotel is very charming and it is great for children. The shuttle to Hue helps but it was difficult to get a Grab and there are only 2 decent dining options outside the hotel, with 1 only open for dinner. The hotel is great but it is remote and there is nothing nearby, so either book this hotel to spend a lot of time there or plan ahead with their shuttle.

Beautiful resort in Hue. Staff were well trained…every single member greeted us with “Xin Chao” ..felt very welcome. Breakfast was great with lots of choices and dinner was also very good with a surprisingly expansive wine list. A lovely oasis in Hue! I highly recommend. Lovely pools -- one for kiddies and one for adults seeking quiet. The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and the grounds are lush and beautiful! The staff are very attentive. The breakfast buffet (included) was the best I had while in and that's saying a lot. To get to the center of town it only took about 12 minutes in a Grab taxi. I appreciated not being in the town center of Hue, which was hectic while fun. Cyrstie, the best conciege ever.

Great experience

Very inspiring hotel layed out on a large plot of land, with lots of trees and plants. Good pool areas and quality SPA services. Very friendly staff in all areas of the hotel service areas and garden. One area of improvement would be to clean the black natural stones around the blue pool as they made our feet a little dirty.
