"This can't be called a 4‑star hotel, it barely deserves 3. The rooms need maintenance and a general upgrade, plus a deep clean. The bathtub was extremely slippery; it looks like there used to be some antislip texture on the bottom, but nothing remains, quite dangerous in my opinion. Breakfast was okay, nothing special, but they start closing and stop restocking 30 minutes before the end, so you need to get there early. The staff weren't the friendliest either. The pool is about 2 meters deep...

"Traditional pool room was large and cool (temp) with small approx 5ft deep pool large enough to swim in, facing a creek and villas on the other side. Although close to villas on each side felt relatively private outside and very quiet and private when sleeping. Some beautiful details inside villa, some clashing of styles. Excellent breakfast. "夜、お風呂に入ろうとしたら熱いお湯が出なくて、ずっとぬるま湯だった。フロントに言いに行って、すぐにメンテナンスの人が来た。外の給湯器を修理し数分したらフロントから電話があり、お湯が出るようになった。 次の日朝食のため部屋を出たら、隣部屋が騒がしく何か騒いでるなっと思っていたら、ガンガン工事の音が鳴りだし、床を剥がしていた。宿泊者は出ていいた後らしく、だれもいなかった。昼間市内観光をして、ホテルに戻ってきたら剥がしてあった床はきれいに直され、部屋をのぞくときれいにセッティングされていたが、その日は誰も泊りには来ていなく、静かに過ごせた。 ホテルの作りこそ団体旅行受け入れだった時代を感じ古いが、川の眺望やリゾート感を味わうなら金額もそこそこなので文句はありません。"

"Great location and price. The facilities were a bit older than others in this brand, but it was clean and comfortable. The outstanding thing was the staff. I forgot my passport in my room safe and arranged for a taxi driver to pick it up and bring to me in Da Nang. The hotel staff were PERFECT in helping me with this. They made the driver video the contents of everything he picked up and then sent me the video. This was incredibly helpful!! Thank you, thank you!!"
