"Management didn't think about the impact of the hot weather as the room was so hot and they supplied a tiny fan that did nothing to cool the room. Lots of spots in the hotel needs updating or repairing. Both the staff and the leisure amenities were great."

"This hotel is beautiful. We originally booked a standard room which was tiny and had the most uncomfortable bed. The toilet was so close to the door the toilet roll holder was jammed to your leg and we are fairly average sized people.
