"Location is very far away from Historic Madrid and tourist attractions. The apartment is very small compared to what was expected, the bedroom is small. We found ants in the bathroom. We had difficulty sleeping because of the sheer curtains, no blackout curtains or covering. The gym was sufficient and met our needs. The staff was generally friendly and helpful. Overall, we will not return to this location because it didn’t really meet our expectations or requirements except for the gym."

"This hotel is a great find, I have booked it only for one night as I had to move to another city next morning. This location is very close to main metro station Nuevos Ministerios. This station is very well connected to other metro lines and straight train to Madrid Airport. Unit was amazingly spacious, separate bedroom, big living room with sofas and study table, Kitchen in the closet, fully equipped. To my surprise there was a balcony as well. Air condition worked very well and it was...

"The location was amazing, so close to everything I wanted to see, so many restaurants and such beautiful architecture everywhere. The apartment offered the used of a full modern kitchen and was very secure with an outside door key-fob lock, an apartment door key lock and a room door code lock. Check in time is fairly restricted since it isn’t a traditional hotel with a front desk, but the host was excellent with communication and showed me all the features and locks.
