"Dingy outdated room with a lumpy old bed with deep ruts. Hot water in the shower had to run for 5 minutes before turning warm each time. "

"I could not find any info room service nor was the a button for the front desk that I could find. But otherwise excellent stay"

"Great location! Nice restaurant! Excellent shower with shampoo and conditioner! Get the Times Square view if possible - it's worth it!!! My hubs and I got early check-in and I'm pretty sure it's because we had a king size bed room. Become a Hyatt member and you get free water each day in your room! Highly recommend!!! Staff was great!"

"no amenities to speak of. No restaurant, no bar, only two thin towels in bathroom, no extra blanket or robes in closet. No coffeemaker."

"Not a hotel if you need to do any work. There is no desk in the room. There is one space that has an actual work height table, i.e. not a bar table 2 feet off the ground, and it fits 3 people. So apart from that there is no where to find a place with a table to do work. Lobby, bar and hallways are.like 100 degrees all the time. Bar staff was very slow."
