"Het hotel was okay"

"Towels were dirty. Towels were stained. Disgusting. Sofa was dirty. Window Curtains didn’t close."

"We stayed here for two days because I had appointments at MD Anderson cancer center, first the review said there is breakfast with our stay! No breakfast at all..then the water in our sink did not work so they changed us to another room and the same thing NO WATER! The second room they put us in was next to a couple that were fighting and smoking weed all night..the smell came in our room told the front desk and was told that they would let the manager know..no one came to check..never staying...

"The Breakfast menu included: off brand type Cheerio's, Fruit loops, no milk, nice yogart, waffles, coffee, bagles, white and whole wheat bread, a microwave, a toster and scrambled eggs & link sausage one morning and link sausage & bacon another morning."

"Stayed here for two days for a tournament I had to attended. During my stay I had no issues. Breakfast was fresh and staff did a great job keeping everything clean. I felt secured leaving my vehicle on the property because it’s gated and a code is needed to exit. Overall, I have zero complaints. "

"No one was in the lobby or answering the phone. I called 6 times but had to go next door for a room. The manager offered no refund so I lost a nights cost. Dirty and run down very unpleasant looking. I'd like a refund of the lost 57$"

"Not close to any good restaurants when arriving later at night. "

"Between midnight and 2 am large crowds of very loud partiers making as much noise as they could. I spoke to other folks who were in the airport bus with me at five in the morning, and it happened on their floor too. Management has got to make an effort to keep that sort of thing to a reasonable level otherwise the hotel is perfect."
