"Laundry service is onky for towels. My bedding was the same for 4 days and the room smelled of smoke. The parking is safe. The service staff try but the system must be letting them down."

"The most important thing is there were roaches EVERYWHERE! In the bathroom in the main area. I tried to go to another place it was sold out so was the hotel. Roaches crawling on our backpacks and suitcases. White powder was in the room looks like possible roach bait. During the day and in the evening crawling all over. The elevators need repair to thefloors. The TV would not turn off and stay off so you have to unplug the tv."
