"The property was clean and new it was nice. Top Terrace in the downtown view was breathtaking they do have a elevator but there was no access to it we had to climb 4 floors. the garage door opener was not working also the garage door close and open on its own after a couple of minutes they put only one face towel and one napkin for bathroom if there is a two people per bedroom they should at least provide Two Face towels and two napkins. "This people have water that smells like poop. Sewage water is what they use for water. Remnants of trash, sticky nastiness in drawers, air vents falling off ceilings. Random kids belts found? Candy stuck to floor? Trash wasn’t even taken out. Mind you I have kids that found these things as well. Oh and don’t even try and ask for them to refund you for their disgusting rental. They will give you the run around and then IGNORE YOU. Awful establishment and these people NEED TO BE SHUTDOWN."

"This property was absolutely beautiful, modern and clean! Everything from checkin/checkout (super easy!) to reporting previous property damages to staff ( there were marks on the stairs and walls, top of second fl staircase a lose metal rod and toilet tissue holder slightly detached from wall) was top tier. It accommodated our group of ladies and was near everything we needed to get to. The only slight thing was the train at night. But other than that we have decided ,whenever in town, to stay...

"The property is in a great location. My and I traveled to Houston for a medical procedure. The home is clean and the floor plan is open and very roomy. There is plenty of seating in the living area. The neighborhood is right by the highway but it is quiet. The hosts provide plenty of wash clothes and towels. There is even a small crockpot in the kitchen. I was very comfortable and it was perfect for our needs."
