Dear Guest Thank you for taking out time for the feedback which we really appreciate and we really want to know in details that in your 3 night stay what are the modern conveniences we are lacking behind so we could always improve. I understand that you experienced disturbances during your stay, but upon investigation, we couldn't find any evidence of consistent loud noises during the specified hours and that is exactly why we have security camera with alarm in the entire premises. Your concerns about our staff's ability to enforce policies effectively, we take that seriously and review our procedures to ensure they are being followed consistently and last but not the least, in terms of cleanliness, we have rigorous cleaning protocols in place, and we conduct thorough inspections to ensure the highest standards are met. I'm sorry to hear that your experience at our hotel didn't meet your expectations. However, we want to assure you that the reviews and ratings on platforms like Google are submitted by real guests based on their personal experiences. Dear Guest Sorry to hear about the confusion with your booking. We understand how important it is to have your reservation aligned with your plans. You need to called or speak to the person from the website you booked the room from but not us. The reason is because, if you had never paid us for the room , how can we refund the amount.
