"Lovely stay at the Liner. Position perfect, a bit noisy through the night as windows don’t seem to keep it out, but that’s a city for you- road sweepers traffic and sirens. Happy hour at the attached public bar was good value 4-6pm at 2 for 1 😊 Breakfast was good."

"There were people screaming outside the room at 2am and I could hear the lifts moving all night which made it impossible to sleep for more than 2 hours. Couldn’t get through to the lobby when I called trying to amend this issue. The toilet rolls were already 70% used when we arrived. 2 single beds pushed together despite requesting a double bed. Everything would have been excusable if I could actually get some sleep. Very low quality experience, especially for the price. The hotel itself looks nice is you aren’t staying, I regret staying here. "

"Fantastic hotel great location pleasant staff spa was great only slight down side to our stay was that a football team was staying there so no access to the main bar and had to use staff lifts which was not explained when we checked in "

"The outside building and inside stairwell is very shabby. I have believe this made be being used as a homeless shelter as well as a hotel. There was larger rooms which had washing machine and living quarters with glass doors you could see inside .with people using the facilitys inside. "
