"Primeramente las vistas desde los pisos alto bellas el personal muy amable los cuartos limpios del desayuno no me quejo pero deben de variar las frutas siempre fresca en el desayuno muy buenas la housekeeping muy amable con nosotros en el momento que llegó a la habitación y muy comunicativa en fin es mi segunda vez y volvería nuevamente definitivamente "

"The place is very noisy until 2-3 am...it's fine for young people looking to have a good time, and even then there are moments to rest...THIS HOTEL IS NOT!!! The hotel doesn't have an elevator and the stairs are extremely steep. The reception is on the second floor, which is the first floor for them, and I ended up on the third...that's three steps of stairs up with my suitcases and everything an outrage.I advise you to be very careful when selecting a room because the photos uploaded and the units do not match. "This place is great- friendly owners and very helpful staff- even the maid went above and beyond when I was stricken with sickness- highly rated- non touristy medellin neighborhood but totally safe and surrounded with good food and next to a hospital (which is always a comfort) - free breakfast at a great place too- Near the metro and a bunch of markets- ok with foreigners and solo travelers for long terms too- 5star!
