"Nice hotel close to the airport. We had a leaking sink. But front desk staff was helpful in getting us a different room."

"The front desk staff’s attitude was so poor that it was unworthy of PARKROYAL. Check-in was slow, and they couldn’t provide a clear, courteous explanation about early check-in. Even after I left my luggage with them, it was handled carelessly and left unattended. It was extremely unpleasant, and I will not stay there again."

"One person manning the bar and handling check-in. The poor girls were struggling. First was given a room eight across from the lifts which have a noisy chime when they open. The staff did change our room however the shower drain had a bad smell which permeated the room. Towels in the room were torn. Reception hung up the phone before even answering. Breakfast was hearty. Compliments to the chef on the scrambled eggs. Buttery and runny and well seasoned. Housekeeping was a let down, they changed the towels but left the rubbish and did not even clean the teacups. Overall way overpriced for an Express hotel. "

"Very convenient from the international terminal -- about a 5 minute walk. Smitty's Bar -- food and service were excellent. Easy walk back the next day to catch a shuttle to the domestic terminal. Room was al well appointed and quiet. "

"Comfortable and convenient to airport. The hotel is pleasant and not just a big glassed tower. We went for a nice walk in the area; had intended to walk to fish & chips for dinner but it poured rain so we hung out in the room and finished up our supplies before our flight the next morning."
