"Desk staff were very friendly, professional and always willing to assist with any questions. The restaurant offered a good buffet for breakfast with unique Mexican cuisine options...nice!
Our first night there, the shower was clogged...we called the front desk and a team was dispatched immediately. They came in about 10 mins and repaired the issue; fantastic service.
Only recommendation I would share is to vaccum the carpet better. I kept find long hairs all throughout...wasn't mine as I don't have long blonde and gray/white hair.
Besides that, hey...really beautiful hotel located in a perfect spot with a shopping mall merely a few steps away. 👍 "
