The gym needs improvement. Many of the machines do not work and the gym is packed in the mornings. Also the water filter in the gym is not working the water tastes bad. The hotel is newer and clean, great location for the price point. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The gym needs some TLC.

Todo excelente! City Express siempre es garantia, en este especialemnet destaco el trato del personal super amable, lo limpio de las instalaciones solooe ncontre fallas en el desaayuno, las opciones se acabaron 1 hr despues de haber comenzado y al menos en ell tiempo que estuve desayunando nunca re surtieron nada, al dia siguiente el cafe lo pusieron hasta las 8am.

Buenas condiciones en los servicios. Solo que tal vez deberían de evaluar la posibilidad de poner shampoo y jabón en una cantidad mayor. Afortunadamente yo llevaba mis souvenirs pero hay personas que no y ese podría ser un tema. Pero dentro de lo que cabe, todo está bien. Estancia tranquila, limpia y agradable.
