"Good. The location is great. About 3 minutes to Time Square. I booked a room for 3 person but I was given a room with 2 single beds. I spoke with the counter officer, Kevin. He was very helpful and upgraded us to a family room , I would definitely come back to this hotel again for my next visit. Also ? Thanks again, Kevin for giving us a comfortable stay"

"Really liked this hotel that was in a great position on Hong Kong island close to transport and restaurants etc. (including Happy Valley Horse racing track). Really liked the room design and layout and the breakfast was decent although if I returned I’d probably just go out for Dim Sum. If I return to Hong Kong I would stay at the Indigo again."

"The staff was courteous and helpful. Amenities include free usage of washer and dryer. A guest needs only purchase a very reasonably priced detergent packet from the front desk. One thing I wished for is a small wash cloth in the bathroom, or that one is available upon request. There is an MTR station which is connected to the hotel reception by a foot bridge. The same foot bridge allows access to the South Side shopping mall with eateries and shops offering common everyday merchandise. I...

"Newly created family rooms are relevant & superb and of a good size by HK standards. Ofcourse prices are very high but if you dont mind paying for your family's comfort then this is it. They even have a very-thoughful family lounge which is a nice touch. My kids went there for their bedtime milk and light snacks. Staffs were attentive and 5star service throughout. "

"After an early and hectic flight I arrived well before check-in. I asked the gentleman at the front desk where could I get some breakfast. I figured that the room would not be ready for at least 3-4 hours. But when I returned 45 minutes later he said that my room was ready. That made all the difference to a weary traveler."
