"I booked the ground floor easy access room which was big and a big bathroom. There was also a fridge in the room and lovely biscuits with the tea and coffee. A super breakfast and very nice tea."

We stayed in room 245,window broken and room smelled of damp. Constant bleeping sound from corridor all night.Wouldn't recommend or stay again."

"Although the check out time was 12 and we put "Do not disturb"sign on the door, cleaners started cleaning our room while we went for a walk and removed our bag from the room. My husband was going to eat breakfast in the room after the walk but he was shocked as his bag was missing although he put the room service order through night before. There is no communication between the desk & cleaners and cleaners ignore the Do not disturb sign. "

"Arrived at the property at 12:30 AM. There was no one to let us in. We called Expedia help line but they were not able to contact the property. One day earlier, we were told that someone would be there. We were lucky to find another hotel that was open. Please refund my money."

"It is important to note that this is a lodge not a hotel. There's no food service on site. Check in details were missing details about how to get into the room. We phoned the assistance number, the person was exceptionally helpful and then requested that £5 cash to be left at the desk to pay for parking. Expedia notes that this is included. Felt like bit of a scam."

"I have never stayed at this hotel before, but have heard good reviews when I have looked at other Trivelles Hotels. As soon as i parked up at Waterhall I knew it was going to be a pleasant place to stay. I was so happy to see that it was everything and more than what was in disposition as a country side house retreat. 👌 I was myself travelling for work, and booked a single room. It had everything I needed and more. My room included a really big flat screen TV with netflix and the rest...

"My husband and I stayed on a Saturday night in November as a birthday treat. We stayed in the loft suite. This room is clean, cosy beautifully decorated. The bathroom is amazing ! We absolutely loved the jetted bathtub. It really was a selling point for us. Breakfast was very nice. Lovely fresh eggs. We enjoyed having our own private dining toom too. Paul was very nice and made us feel very welcome. We will definitely be coming back again. Thank you ."
