"Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The biggest issue was that there was no bedding provided at all for the living room sofa bed(just a sheet over the bed), meaning the children had nowhere suitable to sleep - no quilt, no sheets, and no pillows. This was a basic necessity that should have been provided.
We tried contacting the host through WhatsApp and messages but received no response, even after checking out. We also had no WiFi password. The information sheet said to refer to a...

"The hotel was very conveniently located in the North Laines area of Brighton, a block away from the Royal Pavilion and 10 minutes walk from the railway station. It is a large modern hotel, the room was spacious , the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchenette was excellent. The room was air conditioned, great during the heat wave, and wifi worked fine.
