My only real complaint was there were no sheers at the window in our room and even with the drapes pulled we were awakened by blinding sunlight. "The room we had did not look like any of the photos on Expedia when we booked. The bathroom barely worked (it would flicker for a minute before turning on), there was no AC, no refrigerator (so we had to throw out our leftovers from the Roosevelt Dining Room, and there was no TV. Overall, I love the actual lodge, but that room was SO unbelievably overpriced for what we actually ended up getting. "

"It amazing to look out from balcony and see the water with fireworks for the 4th. The sun set was amazing. The atmosphere was homie and I felt safe. The towels were so soft and the wash cloths they didn't feel like a brilliant pad drying or washing yourself. The staff wash very pleasant and respectful. "Prices seemed inflated for the area. Definitely not worth $250 per night cost. Reason checking prices in other hotels in area lower priced with what appeared same amenities. The breakfast was typical for a included breakfast nothing out of the ordinary compared to other hotels. Breakfast staff where great. Front desk great. If you go try their own brand of cookies. Very good"

"Parking lot well lit. The sink did not drain very well so left standing water for a few minutes. The air conditioning was not working, but they brought a large fan when we called and asked for one."

"I never felt comfortable here. It’s the kind of place where dudes stand on the railing outside their room and smoke and play music. The exterior needs work and updates. The room was sufficient and clean but I kept waiting for bedbugs and roaches (only the latter appeared). There were dogs outside and barking by 6:45 am. It was cheap and convenient for one night, but I wouldn’t go back. The parking lot was FULL by the end of the day so I guess it’s well received enough to fill up. Your call!"
