"The pool was the best part, although 20 minutes into our swim time, 30-40 people came in to have a party and took over all the chairs, ours with our towels and clothes included. They were rude and loud and we left pretty quickly after. The room was dirty and needed repairs on walls, corners, and bathroom tile. The bath tub drained slowly and left you standing in 2 inches of water. All of the back outside lights were off where I parked leaving it extremely dark. "

"We had a very bad snowstorm in western Washington last Friday. Our event in Shelton was cancelled due to the dangerous road conditions. Super 8 refused to give me a refund or apply my reservation to a future stay. $140 wasted. Very frustrating, I had NO CONTROL over the weather!"

"The breakfast was food, but as many bugs and roaches that I found in the hotel I didn’t really want to eat any of it. The hotel charged me for incidentals when I know for a fact, I left my room clean. I feel like I got charged for incidental since I pointed out there was so many bugs in the hotel. I tried contacting corporate and they told me to talk to the hotel, but I feel like the hotel staff since they decided to charge me for the incidentals, why would they change their mind overall it was a great experience, even though I was just using it to stay for a few hours to get rest, but I’m definitely not using that hotel anymore in Bremerton, which is sad because it used to be a great hotel when I used to use it all the time for my Navy reserve weekends "

"I just needed a place to spend the night and this place sufficed. It was clean, staff was friendly, and there were good breakfast options. My only wish would be for more comfortable beds--maybe add pillowtop covers."
