"Pros:
Late check-in was smooth. Pam was great. Allowed us to store our mountain bikes in a locked unused meeting room. Great location, close to Mountain Brook and downtown.
Cons:
Had to go up two floors to find a working ice machine. Everything was in disarray due to a remodel, we were told. Breakfast was ransacked and was told it would not be restocked and to come earlier tomorrow. The room was short 3 towels. Called and was told they were in the dryer and they'd bring them in 30 minutes....

"We had to swap room when we first got there the first room was full of cockroaches, the second room was nasty had someone’s hair all of the bathroom floor, one bed had something all over the sheets brown stuff,when we got there I went to take a shower and couldn’t get it the shower as soon as I turn the water on the whole bathroom floor got wet. We didn’t stay the night we sleep in our car. Because they wouldn’t give us a refund..that place is the nastiest motel or hotel I have ever stayed and...
