Not worth the nightly price

Employees were friendly enough, but the hotel is definitely not handicap accessible. We brought my handicap, mother and struggle to find close parking, and the only elevators were in the middle of the hotel, which made it hard for her to get back-and-forth. The indoor pool was not heated. It was freezing so we couldn’t even swim. The room was subpar, not worth the amount I paid nightly. Beds were super hard and too firm. The door wouldn’t shut without force so we were concerned for our safety. The only thing good was that it was in a convenient location, so there was plenty of food and shopping around to enjoy.

Room was nice, very spacious and clean! Pool was warm and a nice size - but could be cleaner but I am sure it is hard to keep a pool clean with that many guests every day. Overall better than my expectations! Great location and clean room

I would stay again

Room was a good room. It could have been a little cleaner. The floor could have been cleaner and the chairs had spots and stains. The air conditioner had a very off smell. However, the bed was clean and the bathroom was also acceptable as well. Staff was very friendly.
